These terms govern your use of 777 Garage Rentals services, website, and communication channels. By requesting a rental, you agree to the rules below.

Reservations

Availability shown on the website is informational. A reservation is confirmed only after date, vehicle, and total rental conditions are approved by our manager.

Bookings and Cancellations

Booking requests are submitted via website forms and WhatsApp. Changes or cancellations should be made as early as possible before the agreed pickup time.

Driver Requirements

Drivers must hold a valid driving license and meet minimum age and rental requirements specified at confirmation.

Payments

Payment conditions, deposits, and accepted methods are confirmed during reservation processing with the manager.

Liability and Vehicle Use

The renter is responsible for compliance with traffic laws, proper vehicle use, and penalties, fines, or damages according to the rental agreement.

Data and Communication

Contact details are used solely to process bookings, confirmations, and service updates. Marketing communication is sent only where lawful and applicable.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes are addressed amicably where possible, otherwise by competent courts.
